The software automatically calculates stresses, bending moments, and safety factors — for both rigid and flexible mounting. You can also add additional cross members within the main chassis frame beams to further optimize structural strength. When FrameWIN is launched from TrailerWIN, the crane moment is automatically included in the new calculation. This allows you to work faster and avoids duplicate work. Of course, these parameters can also be adjusted directly within FrameWIN.

Limitations

FrameWIN calculates stresses and moments only in the section of the chassis located beneath the crane slewing point. For full chassis analyses over the entire vehicle length, dedicated FEM software is required.
