Calculation of D- and V-values according to R55 regulations
TrailerWIN automatically calculates the D- and V-values for trailer and semi-trailer couplings, ensuring effortless compliance with R55 regulations. Lift axle scenarios
With TrailerWIN, you can easily calculate axle loads and turning characteristics for lifted axles. Centre of gravity calculation in two directions
TrailerWIN automatically calculates the centre of gravity (CoG) of your vehicle combination—both horizontally and vertically. With TrailerWIN, you can easily export your data and drawings. Use the clipboard to copy drawings into quotations or reports, or export directly to CAD in DXF format. Files can be saved as images (with or without weights) or as text files for archiving. You can also print results and add a custom text page—ideal for documentation and reporting.
Trailers and B-double combinations
In TrailerWIN, you can quickly define all types of trailers, from 1–4 axle semi-trailers to 2–6 axle drawbar trailers and centre-axle trailers. Thanks to the extensive database of standard trailers, you can effortlessly build combinations with one or two trailers, including B-double configurations. TrailerWIN automatically performs turning circle calculations, allowing you to immediately assess manoeuvrability.

Design any type of truck body directly in TrailerWIN. Choose from standard bodies such as box bodies, curtain siders, timber transporters, sea containers or car carriers. You can also import your own DXF drawings and use them as custom bodywork. This combines speed, precision and complete design freedom.
Comprehensive crane database
TrailerWIN includes a large database of cranes from well-known brands such as Hiab, HMF, PM, Effer, Fassi, Palfinger, Amco-Veba and Copma. Each crane includes detailed drawings and technical specifications. Through integration with CraneWIN, you can start crane stability calculations directly from TrailerWIN—fast, accurate and without duplicate input.
